GOODSOIL

I visited Poland and volunteered in a Ukrainian refugee camp and an orphanage. After coming back, I founded a club with my friends and we provided English tutoring for Ukrainian orphans. We also hosted a fundraiser, selling donated clothes at a swap meet. I'll never forget the overjoyed children as they tried on their new shoes.

Dominican Republic Mission Trip

Leading worship dances for a Spanish-speaking praise conference helped me to realize that faith transcends language.

Mexico Mission

I had never thought I'd be fond of acting, but performing skits at orphanages helped me discover a new, purposeful passion.

Remedy Through Music

Playing orchestral music at senior centers, I always feel rewarded when our audience sings, claps along, or even peacefully drifts off to our performances.

Ethiopia

Volunteering at MCM Hospital was by far the most unique opportunity I've had. The detailed attention of the doctors towards each patient taught me that true treatment begins with a smile.

KASEC

Working as a partner with Chanhee, Kyle, Joseph, and Brayden for the past years, I've been ecstatic to see them develop their social skills alongside their basketball and musical talents.

Grace Community Service

Assembling 200 sandwiches every Saturday morning, we distribute them to local shelters. I've learned to view the homeless not with pity, but with kindness.

Praise Team

I first joined my church's high school praise team after my friend asked for a cello player, but soon expanded to other instruments. I'm currently trying to pick up the bass guitar!

Orchestra

Having been a part of my school's Orchestra for the past 6 years, my favorite performances are the ones involving live acting - I even starred in a Harry Potter themed concert last year.
